Acer has introduced a new notebook to its TravelMate series dubbed as the TravelMate 6594. The Acer TravelMate 6594 has the choice of Intel Core i7 and i5 processors with Mobile Intel QM57 Express Chipset with Intel vPro and Anti-theft Technology.
The TravelMate 6594 is a 15.6 inch business laptop and it comes with up to 8GB of RAM, a spacious hard drive, a DVD burner, docking connector and the option to include a 2nd hard drive or an extra battery. The TravelMate 6594 also features WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet LAN and modem, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity, multi-in-one card reader Acer CrystalEye 1.3MP webcam, fingerprint reader, smartcard reader and Windows 7.
The TravelMate 6594 offers a battery life of 5 hours with a standard battery and more than 10 hours with a 9 cell battery. The availability and price of this notebook is still not revealed.
