Airtel Launches Mobile Internet Recharge Vouchers

Bharti Airtel has announced the launch of two cost-effective mobile internet recharge vouchers, for its Prepaid users in Delhi and NCR. This initiative also marks the first time that recharge for Internet usage has been launched on the ‘electronic recharge’ platform.

“As an industry leader, Airtel has always led the market in ushering affordability and convenience for its customers. This initiative marks our strategic intent to drive affordability in mobile internet connectivity and add value for our Prepaid customers.” said, Mr. Shashi Arora, CEO – Bharti Airtel Limited, (Mobile Services), Delhi & NCR. He further added, “We are confident that our latest internet recharge offer over electronic platform will help our customers control their internet usage and gain better value for money.”

The vouchers would be available for Rs.26 (valid over seven days and usage of 15 MB) and Rs.95 (valid over 30 days and usage of 100 MB), resulting in savings of up to 80% on current competitive tariffs. This is a significant initiative in making mobile internet more affordable and empowers the prepaid customers to control their usage.
