Apple has announced the 6th generation iPod Nano. The iPod Nano is 46% smaller and 42% lighter than fifth generation iPod Nano. iPod nano features a polished aluminum and glass enclosure with a built-in clip.
iPod Nano comes with a 1.54 inch capacitive touchscreen display with resolution of 240 x 240 pixels, Apple’s Multi-Touch interface allows users to access songs, artists, albums and playlists with a tap or swipe of finger.
The new iPod nano features Genius Mixes, the ability to create and edit playlists, a built-in FM radio with live pause, Shake to Shuffle and up to 24 hours of music playback on a single battery charge. It has a volume buttons on the side and a clip on at the rear the only hardware buttons on the device. It measures 37.5 x 40.9 x 8.78 mm with weight 21.1 grams
iPod nano 6G is available in 8GB and 16GB versions and carries the price tag of $149 and $179 respectively.
