AT&T announces Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Android smartphone

AT&T has announced the availability of Android smartphone Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 in the US. Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is powered by 1GHz Snapdragon processor.

The Xperia X10 comes with a 4 inch touchscreen display, 8.1 megapixel autofocus camera with flash and WVGA video recording, expandable memory of up to 16 GB with a 2 GB in box included.

The Xperia X10 also features 3G connectivity, GSM/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth, A-GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, Timescape and Mediascape UIs, instant messaging, media player, web browser and Google mobile services.

The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 smartphone will be available for $149.99 after a two-year service agreement from August 15 in black color.
