BenQ launches JoyBook S35 and S43 notebooks in India
BenQ has announced two new notebooks that based on Intel ULV (Ultra Low Voltage) processor, namely BenQ Joybook S35 and Joybook S43. The BenQ Joybook S35 and Joybook S43 feature 13.3-inch and 14-inch display, respectively.
These notebooks run on Intel’s latest ULV Pentium Dual Core SU4100 ULV processors. Both the Joybooks are pre-loaded with Windows 7.
Both models boast eSATA high-speed data connection for data transfer that’s three times faster than USB 2.0. The S43 also offers an 8X DVD Super-Multi optical disc drive and super-fast Wi-Fi.
The notebooks are equipped with a Webcam, microphone, integrated speakers, a 2-channel TruSurround HD sound system with SRS Headphone 360, HDMI, dGPU (S43 only), a large-capacity HDD of up to 500GB and UltraVivid high-definition LED screens sporting 16:9 aspect ratios. The Joybooks S35 uses 8-cell battery for upto 11 hours runtime, while the Joybook S43 uses 6-cell battery for 5 hours runtime.
Both notebooks are available in Blue and Black color, with extreme polish and wear resistance made possible by IMR processing. The notebooks are enhanced by a keyboard (flip-top on S43) and a gapless touchpad. The S35 has a unique “flying eaves” hinge design and a raised dot pattern that distinguishes the palm rest from the sunken pattern of the touchpad.
The BenQ Joybook S35 and S43 are priced at Rs 37,199 and Rs 40,399, respectively and are available through all BenQ dealers in India.
