The slider phone features a 2.2 inch TFT display with 176 x 220 resolution, a full-QWERTY keyboard, built-in GPS receiver, stereo Bluetooth, Voice-Activated Dialing, Instant Messaging, 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording, text messaging and multimedia messaging features and a microSD memory card slot that supports up to 8GB of additional storage space. This handset comes with push-to-talk feature that offers a fast response. The compact slider design gives easier access to the keypad along with the security of keeping keys protected when not in use. While the slider is shut, one can control their music; take calls, view messages and access the Web. The text threading feature allows users to view entire conversations on one screen.

The device also features a dedicated music player key, a 3.5mm audio headphone port, and Bluetooth 2.1 for use with wireless stereo headphones. With this handset one can open a song library with the dedicated button and play it on dual speakers with 3D audio.

This handset has been priced at $169.99 and is available at boostmobile.com. The handset will become available through Boost Mobile retail and distribution channels shortly after the online launch.
