Dell has expanded its Dell Latitude E-Family range with the launch of the Dell Latitude E4310 semi rugged notebook. The Dell Latitude E4310 is an ultra portable notebook and is powered by Intel Core i5-540M CPU, 4GB of DDR3 1066MHz RAM, up to 500GB HDD and 128GB or 256GB SSD.

The Dell E4130 has 13.3 inches LED-backlit LCD screen with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels. It also features WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet, DVD/Blu-ray drive, a 34mm ExpressCard slot, USB 2.0 port, an eSATA/USB 2.0 port, 7-in-1 card reader and 3 or 6 cell battery. It comes pre-loaded with Ubuntu 9.10, Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system.

The Dell E4130 has a starting price of $1,129.
