Sir,I have HCL notebook P21 with me and It has given me the best performance to me for 3-4 yrs.Now from last 2/3 mnth it is giving me problem as whenever i am using it.It open the help window of the browser or of any window the process “helpCtr.exe,HelpHost.exe” all this process open with their several windows.
I have formatted the laptop many a times,but again the same problem is coming.Pleasse advice me what to do.
Note that i have formatted the machine without taking the backing of my data.

Two days back i handovered my laptop for service but no proper response from your people.
Now i am feeling that why i brought this bad brand HCL.
sir i’ve in USB composite hub. when i inserted my mouse and worked for more than an hour is shows a message as your “usb is not working, it is malfunctioned” and the name in device manager changes as ” UNKNOWN HUB”. If it shows like that i should restart my laptop.If i left that message for 2 min then my laptop got hangs and i need to switch off and on again. so i reinstalled the USB driver again but still i’ve the same problem.

i had purchased a leaptop on 29 nov 09, of sl.no a094ax16436, to my surprise the system crashed within 15 days , i approachd the customer care/online support and a service centre who reinstalled windos vista in my system but without the option of EC2 and HCL touch online support option provided with F11 key, when i asked them the service centre ppl replied tht they dont hv the software and cant reinstall that feature, further on registering th system i was assured of a windows 7 upgrade but till date that has not reached me, is it a fault of mine that i had gone for an Indian equipment which dosent work to the expectations and the shoddy customer service that is being provided, kindly do the need ful immediately before others lose faith on this enterprise.
