HP has introduced a new monitor dubbed HP 2790m. This is a huge 27-inch monitor with 1920 x 1080pixel resolution. This monitor also doubles as a TV set. The 2790m is said to be the largest LCD in the mainstream computer market.
It sports a dynamic contrast ratio of 30,000:1 and an anti-glare coating. A clear and sharp display is made sure by the 400 nits of brightness. HP monitor boasts of an aspect ratio of 16:9. The monitor comes with an approximate response time of 5ms.
It includes two HDMI inputs, one DVI and one VGA port. This offers users to connect all of their DVD players to the device effortlessly. Equipped with 4-watt internal speakers the monitor can also be tilted and swiveled to provide better viewing angles. Weighing around 9.6kg, it measures 26.43x 18.45x 8.41 in size.
