HTC has announced the launch of its new Google Android phone, the HTC Legend. The HTC Legend is powered by Qualcomm MSM 7227 600 MHz processor and runs Google’s Android operating system (v2.1). It is made from a single block of aluminium.

The HTC Legend comes with a 3.2 inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 5 Megapixel camera with auto focus, LED flash, 512 MB internal memory, 384MB of RAM and 512MB ROM and microSD Card Slot of upto 32GB. Other features include 3.5 mm audio jack, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HSPA, built-in GPS receiver, A-GPS.
The HTC Legend features with Sense UI, Multi-touch support, accelerometer sensor and optical trackball and Google integration. It is powered by Li-Ion 1300 mAh battery that provides a talk time of up to 6 hours 10 min and standby time of up to 560 hours.
The HTC Legend will be available in March 2010. Pricing has not yet been announced.
