HTC has announced the launch of a new Android smartphone dubbed as the HTC Wildfire in India. HTC Wildfire runs Android 2.1 operating system and is powered by Qualcomm MSM7225 528 MHz processor.

HTC Wildfire features 3.2 inch QVGA touchscreen display, 5 megapixel autofocus camera with flash, 512MB ROM, 384MB RAM and microSD card slot.
HTC Wildfire also features Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, GPS, 3.5 mm stereo headset jack, Stereo FM radio, HTML browser and social networking application. It is powered by 1300 mAh battery that provids up to 8 hours of talk time and up to 480 hours of stand-by time.
HTC Wildfire will be priced at 16,000.
