Karbonn Introduces New Mobile Phones K560 and K460 In India

Karbonn, the latest entrant into the great Indian mobile phone market, has launched two new mobile phones, K560 and K460 phones in India. Karbonn Mobile is an enterprise between Bangalore based United Telelinks group and Jaina group.

The Karbonn K560 is a dual sim mobile phone with a touchscreen display. The Karbonn K560 a personalized music interface and has a Wolfson Audio Codec on its MP3 Player.


Its music interface represents each song with a disc, allowing users to become their own disc jockeys. Other features include FM radio, recording, video player, A2DP Bluetooth and GPRS (Class12). The phone also has 2 megapixel camera and supports upto 8GB of memory. Its dimensions are 113mmx51mmx10.95mm. The screen size is 2.4” priced at Rs 5,000.

The Karbonn K460 model is a slider phone which boasts of a 300 hour standby time. It has all the features of K560 such as FM Radio, recording, MP3 player, video player, camera, WAP, GPRS, MMS support. K460 also has an expandable memory up to 8GB. K460 is priced at Rs 4,000.
