LG has announced a new touchscreen mobile phone the LG GD880 Mini and is apparently “the smallest and slimmest full-touchscreen handset on the market today”. It does not include buttons on the front and sports metal accents on the sides.

The LG Mini GD880 features a 3.2 inch touchscreen display with 16:9 aspect ratio, 5 megapixel camera with face detection. The Mini GD880 comes with 7.2Mbps HSDPA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth A-GPS, FM radio and a built-in microSD card slot.
The LG Mini also includes several unique aspects, including special apps for social networking (Facebook and Twitter), Social Network Connect, Social Network Feed and Social Address Book.
The LG Mini will be available in Europe in March. No details on its pricing have been revealed.
