LG has officially announced its latest Android phone dubbed as LG LU2300 in South Korea. The LG LU2300 phone is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and runs Android 1.6 operating system (upgraded to Android 2.1 in August).

The LG LU2300 comes with 3.5 inch WVG display with 800×480 pixels resolution, a slide-out full QWERTY keyboard, built-in trackpad, 4 way navigation Keypad and a 5 megapixel camera and supports high-end multimedia features.
The LG LU2300 also comes incorporated with 3GB of internal memory, 4GB MicroSD card slot, 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi, GPS and 1350mAh battery. It also features T-DMB, Dolby mobile surround sound and DivX support and LG Air Sync” which allow users to share and backup their data with friends and their computers.
The LG LU2300 will be made available in South Korea in May 2010 on LG Telecom. Price is still to be announced.
