MSI has launched a new gaming and entertainment notebook namely MSI GE700. The GE700 gaming and entertainment notebook comes with Intel core i5 processor with Intel Turbo Boost and Intel Hyper-Threading technology and ATI Radeon HD 5730 discrete graphics card with 1GB DDR3 VRAM. It comes preinstalled with Windows 7 Home Premium operating system and come with two hard drives.
MSI GE700 has a 17.3 inch HD TFT screen and integrates HM55 chipset, DDRIII SODIMM slot x2 memory and 2.5 inch 250/320/500GB SATA 2 HDD Drive Support (optional). It measures 414 mm x 267 mm x 36.7 mm and weighs 3.2 kilograms and comes with a 6 or 9 cell battery. It also supports DirectX 11 for outstanding 3D graphic effects.
Other features of the notebook includes HD Webcam, 4 in 1 card reader, 802.11 a/b/g/draft n, Bluetooth V2.1EDR, HDMI out, D-sub, 4 USB 2.0 ports, e-SATA, Mic-in, Headphone out, RJ-45/RJ-11 and Theater Class Speakers and subwoofer. It also features Cinema Pro, ECO Engine, and Numeric Keyboard.
MSI has not announce the release date and price of the notebook.
