MSI has announced its Wind Top called MSI Wind Top AE2010, its latest All-In-One computer with Touch screen functions.It comes with a crystal frame and a fashionable leather accent.
The Wind Top AE2010 is equipped with the latest AMD Athlon 2650e low power consumption processor, as well as the ATI Radeon HD 3200 Chip. It also features a powerful Microsoft DirectX 10 graphics core powered by DDR3 128MB VRAM. The 20 inch 16:9 LCD screen with touch screen function supports High Definition video, enabling the MSI Wind TOP AE2010 to perform excellent in multimedia applications. Apart from the 1600×900 high resolution display, it also comes with built-in UVD (Universal Video Decoder) to support High Definition video decoding and reduce the processor’s workload. The Wind Top AE2010 also offers more complete multimedia functionality compared to its predecessors by using an AMD single-core CPU with the AMD 780G chipset.
Furthermore, its SRS TruSurround HD can offer a rich immersive experience and virtual surround sound for music, movies, and games over only 2 speakers. SRS CS Headphone uses SRS Circle Surround decoding to deliver accurate virtual surround sound for movie and game content when users listen on headphones.
The MSI creation supports the next-generation of E-SATA 3Gb/s which delivers improved scalability and doubles the bus bandwidth. The E-SATA allows to share and transfer multimedia content to external devices easily. Other specs include an integrated webcam and stereo speakers, multifunction card reader, optical drive and a choice of wireless peripherals, I/O ports. With USB 2.0 you can connect to PDA, digital camera, digital video camera and digital MP3 players. The DVD Super Multi allows playing a DVD movie or backing up important data.
In order to add a touch of style to the user’s desk at home or office, the device has a leather accent. Furthermore, it’s equipped with the company’s exclusive Wind Touch User Interface. The software includes four major functions related to specific user applications namely work, fun, tools and web. The MSI Easy Viewer is another software tool which allows users to view and slide through their photo-album just by the use of their fingertips.
The PC requires only 63 watts of power in full operation. This saves up to 75% of power compared to traditional PCs. The device meets Energy Star 5.0 standard. Furthermore, it has the latest cooling technology which doesn’t allow the noise level to exceed by 30 decibels. When users are not at their desktops, the Easy Face Auto Locker automatically locks the computer to save power and secure all open standing data. They can use the Easy Face Logon feature to activate the computer again.
