Nokia has unveiled the new slim Nokia X3 Touch and Type mobile phone with a unique combination of a touch screen and traditional alphanumeric keypad. Nokia X3-02 is the first Symbian S40 phone to have a touchscreen.

Nokia X3 Touch and Type features a 2.4 inch QVGA touchscreen display, dedicated music and messaging keys, 5 megapixel camera with video recording and 4X digital zoom and up to 16 GB of expandable memory.

Nokia X3 Touch and Type supports 3G, WLAN, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity and comes with a stereo FM radio with RD, music player, 3.5 mm audio jack, Email (Ovi Mail, Windows Live mail / Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, Gmail + local ISP) & IM (Ovi Chat, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Gtalk) with Nokia Messaging and Facebook and Twitter integration.

It features a brushed aluminum back cover which will come in White Silver, Dark Metal, Petrol Blue, Pink, Lilac colors. It measures 106.2 mm x 48.4 mm x 9.6 mm and weighs 78 grams.

Nokia X3 Touch and Type will be available in third quarter at €125 ($161).
