Samsung has announced the launch of Samsung Wave 2 (S5250) and the Samsung Wave 2 Pro (S5330) its new Bada smartphones. Samsung Wave 2 Pro has a full QWERTY keyboard, while the Wave 2 is a touch-only handset.

Samsung Wave 2 and Wave 2 Pro features a 3.2 inch TFT display, 3 megapixel camera, 80 MB of internal memory and micro SD card slot. Samsung Wave 2 and Wave 2 Pro support quad-band GSM with EDGE connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 2.1, A-GPS, TouchWiz UI and Social Hub but they lack 3G connectivity.

The Smsung Wave 2 and Wave 2 Pro will be available in Metallic black, Pearl white and pink colors. The Wave2 and Wave 2 Pro will be available in Russia and South East Asia in August.

    I think is simply too big for such a lot other people to use effortlessly as a phone. I guess if you’re the type of one who’s more likely to use it on a desk more than in the hand, or you are seven feet tall, then it might fit you perfectly.
