Sony Ericsson has announced a new Walkman phone dubbed as the Sony Ericsson Zylo. The Sony Ericsson Zylo slider phone comes with a 2.6 inch QVGA TFT display with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, 3.2 megapixel camera and microSD card slot for up to 16GB. It supports the HD FLAC audio format, TrackID and PlayNow.
The Sony Ericsson Zylo 3G phone also features dual band HSPA and quad band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, Bluetooth, GPS with A-GPS, geo-tagging, 3D games, built in accelerometer, FM Radio with RDS and a range of social networking integration with Facebook and Twitter. It will be available in Jazz Black, Chacha Silver and Swing Pink. It measures 103 x 52 x 11.5 (16) mm and weighs 115 grams.
The Sony Ericsson Zylo will be available in selected markets from Q3 2010. No details on pricing as yet.
