Sony Ericsson has introduced its new slider mobile phone.The phone comes with Walkman player, FM radio and Track ID music recognition. The W205 is perfect for those who love portable music but have never had the Walkman phone experience,” said Timo Maassmann, marketing business manager, Sony Ericsson. “The W205 is a stylish slider phone allowing you to enjoy your music wherever you are – whether it’s on the bus, at college or chilling in the park. You can also share more than music with the 1.3 mega pixel camera. Capture the action in stills or video and send them to friends via MMS or via Bluetooth. The multiple phonebook function is an added bonus — share your phone with your family but keep your contacts separate from theirs.”
The W205 Walkman has 1.3 mega pixel camera, Bluetooth, multiple phone books. If you want to hear the music even louder, then the Sony Ericsson MS410 Snap-on Speaker Stand is the accessory for you. Measuring 92 x 47x 16.4 mm and weighing 96 grams the latest walkman phone has a 1.8inch TFT screen that is capable of delivering a resolution of 128x 160 pixels. W205 Walkman will be available in selected markets from Q3 in the color Ambient Black.
Apart from the multimedia attributes, Sony Ericsson W205 offers an opera mini web browser with support for WAP 2.0HTML,games,Java,USB mass storage up to 5 MB memory and up to 2 GB of micro memory stick
It will be available in selected markets from Q3 2009. No pricing has been attached yet.
Also launched is the Sony Ericsson MS410 Snap-on Speaker Stand that features -

- Sliding mechanism to fit all Walkman phones
The MS410 Snap-on Speaker Stand will be available in selected markets from Q2 2009.
