Tata DOCOMO has launched a 24×7 Live Chat facility, the first in Indian Telecom industry. The service is available for all post and prepaid customers to resolve their queries and complaints.
Customers can go to TATA DOCOMO website and click on Customer service link to put their queries online and get real time response.
