It weighs just 2.4 pounds and is only 0.77 inch thin. It has a durable, shock-absorbing armature, and a 12.1-inch wide-screen LED display. The laptop includes Windows Vista Business and is powered by Intel’s Ultra Low Voltage Core 2 Duo SU94005 processor and a sleep and charge eSATA/USB combo port. Power consumption in idle mode is reduced by up to 50% because of SSD. The notebook utilizes Toshiba’s proprietary Mult-Level Cell NAND flash memory, which allows for more storage space and allows for faster boot times.

The price for the notebook is $3,499.99 and will be available from next month through Toshiba’s site.
