ViewSonic has unveiled of its first All-In-One PC for the Indian market. The system, dubbed as VPC100, is the first of a new line of concept products that the company plans to launch in India leading the way for next-generation computing and entertainment solutions. It is one of the thinnest available PCs in the market.
This All-In-One PC is quite slim at just 35mm and has a 19′ LCD Display with 16:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by Intel’s 1.6GHz Atom processor, coupled with 1 GB memory. It also has a built-in DVD/RW burner, 2×3-watt speakers, 1.3 megapixel webcam and a mic optimized for video-conference.
The PC has a 1,366×768 resolution that allows users to watch HD movies, browse Internet, play games or view documents with crisp details. The All-In-One PC can operate independently, hardwired into a LAN network or wirelessly in any 802.11b/g WiFi network. It is designed to run on Windows XP and comes with four USB 2.0 ports along with 4-in-1 card reader which allows users to transfer and share photos, files with ease.
ViewSonic’s All-In-One PC will be available in India through its authorised distributor Redington India Limited from July 2009 onwards at an MRP of Rs 31,999.
